Refund policy

We have a no return policy and a no refund policy for items. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at jeremy@prefacecoffee.net and Jeremy will do his best to make it right with you. Should you receive the wrong items, please notify us straight away within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will refund you for that item or ship you the correct one.
