Thank you for visiting Preface Coffee. For reasons pertaining to health, I have temporarily closed Preface Coffee to focus on getting better. Additionally, while I continue to recover it is with great excitement that Preface will be moving onto a new roaster: the Roest P3000. We will be spending the next few weeks dialing our coffees, and becoming acquainted with this remarkable machine.
